“Arrived exactly when stated, produce was still frozen and went straight in the freezer for Christmas. All produce when defrosted over 24 hours was amazingly quality and everyone was more than happy with it”

“Unfortunately I feel the quality wasn’t really very good. The lobster was incredibly tough, the rest of the shellfish was quite bland and tasteless. I added some extra bits and followed the instruction sheet which came in the box. Whilst it looked good I was very disappointed.”

“Half the produce already defrosted - absolutely disappointing purchase and a rip off. This was meant to be a special Christmas dinner, which I darent serve as half defrosted and you can’t re freeze already defrosted shellfish. Never again will I be using this shoddy company.”

“We haven’t ordered Plat des fruits for a few years. We wanted something special for my son’s 18th birthday. The quality was mostly good apart from the lobster. When we’ve ordered it previously, the shell on the claws of the lobster had been cut, this meant that the meat was easy to access. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case with our most recent purchase. We struggled to access the claw meat. The body meat was tough and chewy, it seemed to be over cooked. Would I order this product again? No. It’s expensive and we were disappointed. Delivery was as promised. I can’t fault the service only the product.”
