The prawns were full of eggs, as was the lobster. Prawns were also over cooked. The crab and cockles were fine but overall definitely not worth the price. We ended up throwing out most of the meal.

Ordered the shellfish platter last year to arrive for Christmas Eve. It wasn’t delivered, instead I got a talbot. Very disappointed. Poor customer service. I haven’t used them since.

It never turned up. Despite numerous emails and messages over all the platforms it took me to call after the new year to get a see. Was issued a full refund, but when I asked for some form of good-will gesture to maintain our custom in the future, was told ‘it was royal mails fault, we don’t do that. Thanks for ruining a New Year’s Eve plan. This company does not give a flying fish towards customer service. Stay well clear and read other reviews elsewhere. I wish I had prior to spending over £100 pounds

Good morning We're sorry that you feel we didn't care because that couldn't be further from the truth. Your order was due to be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery but regrettably they failed to do so. We are at the mercy of our couriers and Royal Mail once we hand over our parcels. Thereafter we can do nothing to 100% guarantee that your order will be delivered, no one can. In this particular situation we gave you a full refund and apologised for the inconvenience caused.
