I remember being a kid in my teens in the south of France and being served this dish on ice and sending it back in my taste ignorance? i didnt actually have the guts to eat it!! but this version from you guys is perfect and CERTAINLY would NEVER get sent back, the flavour of the different segmants of seafood is just the SEA, i think the lobster is one of the tastiest i have ever had!! cannot recomend enough!!!!!!

Lovely food and delivery reliable but subs were an issue. No potted shrimp we missed the crab claws as the lobster was too small for big claw cracking. Might order individual items next year and make my own as I did 2020. Also “free gift” of potted garlic prawns was charged on the invoice? .

Excellent restaurant quantity seafood platter delivered in perfect condition. I made my own Marie-Rose dressing and also some wasabi mayo for a fresh twist. It’s a good idea to have both lemon and lime wedges and Tabasco sauce on hand to season the seafood. You must be a bit careful with the defrosting process as obviously the lobster and crab take a bit longer than the other items. I think that there could be more comprehensive instructions for defrosting as I can imagine some of us could get into a pickle doing it as I nearly did! You want it cold-cool without anything being done too warm and definitely not with anything still frozen. It’s probably much easier if you have crushed ice to hand-but alas, I did not. It did turn out ok, but word to the wise is to take some time out planning the defrost time of each item before you start.
