“Unfortunately the same as the crab was completely lately defrosted when it arrived so we had to cook them all at once and warm them up when we wanted to eat them. We did eat them and they obviously would have been much better cooked from frozen as a third of the sauce had oozed out of the boxes”

Hello Chinks, reading your review was the first time we were aware that you weren't entirely satisfied with your order. Most shipments arrive frozen but even if defrosted, when you open your box your fish will be at a very low temperature suitable to put in your freezer.
