“My local supermarket stopped selling North Atlantic prawns some time ago so I was delighted to find them available at the Fish Society. The are absolutely delicious and of a good size. For eating in the evening I take them out of the freezer in the morning and give them a good swirl in cold water to wash away the small bits of antennae etc. and then put them in a colander in the fridge. In the evening they have thawed to perfection ready for a meal of peal-your-own prawns. I placed the order at the weekend and the beautifully packed prawns arrived on the Tuesday at the exact time given in the notification. Thank you all at the Fish Society!”
