“So difficult to get quality shell-on cooked Atlantic prawns. We use them in fish pies and paella. The shells and heads make wonderful stock while the prawns deliver a tasty component in either dish. The prawns from the Fish Society are top quality, of good size and not full of broken legs and heads. Delivered on time in perfect condition. Delighted to find these.”
