Reading your review was the first time we were aware that you weren't entirely happy with your order. We do not guarantee that your order will arrive frozen solid but it should certainly be cold to the touch. If so, it is absolutely fine to refreeze. “Very nice you can’t beat prawns in there shells, they taste so different from peeled one’s, peeled prawns taste very bland when you buy them. The one’s with shells on are a bit more fiddly but taste better”
