“Absolutely, now I’ve tried this fish Cape Hake Loin must now be one of my favourite fish. It has great clean flavour, beautifully flaky, like good cold-water cod, however the meat has texture like a cross between the firmness of a Dover Sole and slight chewiness of a Monk Fish tail – Which is all too ridiculous. Just in the oven with the F.S. garlic confit and herb butter. I wouldn’t add a source to this fish eat it as it is with salad. Fabulous food – Done”
