“I had ordered 4 packs of bullet cod for a dinner party at home and they arrived on time, kept frozen, and securely packaged. They were nicely and uniformly cut and fresh, perfect for a more formal sit-down plate serving. They cooked beautifully and had the melt-in-the-mouth texture I expected. It was not easy to find them in the city so I was delighted that The Fish Society offers them. Great service too.”
