“Cod fillet steaks were very good quality and worked in a pinch -- quickly available from the Fish Society -- but would not purchase again if I had planned better. I found them very expensive for the portion size. My review of other items on the website shows a similar pattern of prices in excess of specialist retailers. For example, frozen lobster tails -- smallest harvestable size -- were over £1 more each than that available at Waitrose. Good products, but you certainly pay a premium.”
