Hello Marina In an ideal world when a customer orders a number of packs, we would like to send matching packs but it simply isn't possible. We do however send matching pairs. We have been in touch via email.

“Succulent and delicious. A buttery texture and flavour, the meat is very forgiving whichever way it's cooked, unlike Halibut, Tuna, Swordfish etc. However, I shouldn't perhaps associate this fish as such as this is in a class of its own.”
