“This Salmon was by far the best Salmon I've ever tried. It came perfectly packaged frozen and delivery was next day. The Salmon was perfect for me to make Nigiri and Sashimi, however could not stress enough how important it was to have a sharp knife to use when slicing otherwise it would have simply ruined it. The staff will answer and be able to advice all queries you have, so if your're not sure which type to buy definitely see what they recommend. If you are looking for Salmon for Sushi this is perfect. Thanks again.”
