“I had an incident with a delivery from Fish Society. When my complaint was received, fish society immediately offered a refund or the option to send my ordered products out again. My items were received and in the usual Fish Society standard, my products were excellent. I am extremely thankful for the way the matter was addressed and my confidence is firmly restored in the service and the products.”
