“Dear Sir or Madam I have received your parcel on time, thank you very much. Unfortunately, I have noticed that the top of the bags were slightly defrosted. There was plenty of ice at the bottom of the parcel but on the top of the fish were two empty white plastic bags. Don’t you agree with me that it would be better if you would cover the bags with the same ice mats that you have used at the bottom? Kind regards Kai”

Good afternoon Kai The empty white plastic bags originally contained dry ice. Over time the dry ice evaporates and keeps the air temperature inside the box cold. It is not unusual to find that there is no evidence of slabs of dry ice that were packed with your order. We hope you enjoy your fish. Kind regards The Fish Society
