“The Gravadlax was nice but it didn't seem to have a very strong flavour. You couldn't taste the sugar or beetroot or salt or dill very well. It was nice but a very mild flavour. You could mostly just taste the fish, which was still a nice flavour, but I would have like stronger flavouring on it.”
