“The fish arrived in perfect condition. I live with a professional judge: Many years ago my wife ran an artisan smokehouse which sold salmon (and, amongst others, Windermere char) to Fortnums. She was impressed by the delicate level of smoke, and the moistness of your product. The fish were larger than I had expected, and one sufficed for my initial use, so we enjoyed the second for last night's supper. However, since this is my first purchase from the fish society, I feel inadequately qualified to complete the next section. Since a response is required I have responded "good".”
