“Never had laver bread before. Had to try it. Strange and Wonderful it was. Does this seaweed contain polysaccharides? Do polysaccharides help you deal with the lectins found in legumes? Do lectins cause arthritis? Not sure, but the seaweed was great anyway, especially with the bacon fat, as recommended. Many thanks”

“Absolutely gorgeous, usually pick this up in Swansea market but at this time unable to get it, this tasted even better and the was really pleased with it and the delivery time service. Cooked it the traditional way in bacon fat, I’ll definitely be buying from here again!!”

“Hi it's the 2nd time I've ordered ur laverbread, it's the most amazing flavour and texture to spread on toast. I was introduced to it about 5 years ago n I've never looked back. It looks like pureed spinach, which 4 some people it's easier to digest, it's good 4 me as I have an iron deficiency with anemia n rather than take iron tablets I try to get it from my food, laverbread is abundant in essential vitamins and it's best 2-3 times per week in various forms like mixing with raw porridge and fried etc. I luv everything from the sea in moderation, I would recommend this to everyone as I'm a convert n I've never looked back.”
