“Tablespoon of oats, leave to soak up the liquid overnight then I spread it thickly on a grease proof baking sheet. Baked it left to cool then cut into pieces to accompany scrambled eggs. Very tasty. Will be making this again.”

“Fabulous food, always takes one back to childhood in the 'valleys' where Penclawd Lavabread was readliy available, cooked in pan where bacon has been cooked, taste of heaven.”
