“Was not delivered as part of my Christmas Eve delivery. When I emailed they were aware it was out of stock and said it would still be out of stock between Xmas and new year. They made no effort to contact me before my Xmas order to say it was out of stock and were happy to keep my money until I made contact to say I didn’t have it!”
