Firstly, these cans look very different from what we got use to order before. We liked the old ones more. Secondly- the price was so much higher! Sadly, after ordering them, I received an email about the temporary price drop...as if I am suppose to buy another 48 cans, because they are cheaper now... .

Saved money buying bulk with new customer sign up than previously buying these in a pack of 12 from amazon. Worked out at £2.57 a can. These cod livers are the best way to get fresh vitamin A+D into your system over capsules which are often rancid or fake. You have to take cod liver with fat and other nutrients for it to be absorbed properly into the body. So I pour the oil into a bowl of chopped salad (cellery, pepper, spring onion, romaine lettuce, raddishes, cracked black pepper, garlic granules, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar and advocadoe mix well. This makes enough salad for 2 days. I then immediately freeze the cod livers in a sandwich bag to preserve it's freshness and use again in a salad. I do this because the concentration of vitamins is very high in these cans and 1 can is enough for 2 people per week and eating to much of these cans would in fact be toxic. So 48 cans in my order will last me nearly a year on 1 can a week smd I know I am getting the best freshest cod liver you can buy and I am eating it correctly for maximum results. These cans are particularly good to eat in the winter when we don't get much sun light or for people who have seasonal mood disorders due to low vitamin D. This is a good item also for all you preppers out there. Eat these cans with plenty of wild caught salmon and sardines or mackerel. The way this stuff gets stored in the body is via fat reserve so a nice high dose provided in these cans along with consuming alongside fatty foods at the same time works wonders.

Cans are a little too large. Because of its richness something like 50 g cans would be preferrable. But I can't argue with its effectiveness for increasing vitamin D.
