“The kippers that were delivered we're not Craster which I've never heard of, seems to be very expensive, the actual kippers you sent me where Isle of Man which I have no problem with flavours good, but again I think you're a bit expensive for what they are, I can buy Isle of Man kippers for bulk from Isle of Man considerably cheaper. Om”

Hello Jack Unfortunately you didn't notify us of the non delivery until 4 days after it was due. We monitor courier deliveries via the courier's website, but we need you to take responsibility at your end. For instance, occasionally, a courier leaves a parcel in the porch of the wrong house. We cannot correct such an event unless you tell us on the day of your delivery that you do not have your order. We are really sorry that this didn't work out on this occasion.
