“Lovely. So long since I've eaten a proper kipper. Grilled for about 7 minutes on medium heat. Bones were tiny so most could be eaten without problems.”

“We always call in at Craster for the kippers, we tend to buy for us and a lady in the village who loves ‘proper kippers’. This is a perfect way of getting wonderful Craster fish without a 190 mile round journey!”
