“Again, it is a pack of fish which frozen in Sep2021! Which is over 1year ago! Very unacceptable for such an expensive fish. I won’t buy any sashimi from here ever again!”

Hello We're sorry that you are so disappointed. It is industry standard for white fish to be frozen for up to 2 years in our industrial freezers. Once in your freezer it will keep for 3 months without the flavour or texture being compromised.

“I bought lobster, yellow tail, salmon and, cod, salmon roe again, but this time, apart from the salmon, everything was just not as good as last 2 times. Quite disappointing! Hopefully it will be better next time.”
