“Arrived totally thawed. Have refrozen in line with leaflet enclosed within package, but would not have bought if website had made clear that frozen fish might arrive thawed. Packaging is enviromnetally good, but not fit for purpose in my opinion. Should include polystyrene in the packaging like some other online frozen food suppliers I have used. Have not eaten the cockles yet so cannot confirm whether quality has been affected. Did send an email to Amy at the Fish Society but never got a reply.”
