“These cockles were expensive, but very nice. Of course, they will never taste as good as fresh cockles, but they were tasty with a little vinegar on, all the same.”

“Really nice flavour, but I really can't get over the fact that they are sanding. I understand cockles are just like that, because I tried canned or pickled before and yes they're all sandy. Guess people who buy them don't really mind. The product is very good, because it taste fresh and the meat is firm, I'm just not that into the texture.”
