“Ordered this as a bit of a Russian Roulette as a bolt on to my usual go-to favourites and was not disappointed. Received 1kg of half shell New Zealand muscles - shells were pretty beaten up but the taste and quality was top draw as usual! Defrosted them and topped with breadcrumbs, garlic, crispy onions, parsley, salt, pepper, melted butter and lemon juice and whacked them under the grill for a few minutes - absolutely amazing and will of course continue to spend far too much far too regularly with these guys! Thanks as always Alistair”

“I’d had a clam pasta dish in an Italian restaurant so decided to give the recipe a try. Well !! No need to book a table anymore, The resultant plate of pasta with your clams, was way better than anything I’d had when eating out. They were beautiful and sweet. Good enough to make for guests, though, on second thoughts, I don’t really want to share.”
