We're sorry that you were disappointed with the size but you ordered a pack of 2 fillet portions weighing 190g, so each portion weighed 90g. That is small I'm afraid. We do sell larger packs should you be interested.

“I thought I was risking it a bit ordering expensive Turbot, but was more than rewarded. Truly delicious! Lightly pan fried in butter, shallots and brown shrimp for a couple of minutes per side. Mmmm!”

“Really good quality fish and considering it was "just" tail pieces it was very flavoursome and perfectly "good enough" for a dinner party or in my case a meal with my parents”
