“Too much sinew made it chewy in about 1/3 of the pieces - way thicker sinew than standard supermarket tuna. The tender pieces were great though.”

“Excellent service as usual. There was an issue with delivery (rogue DPD driver) but they sorted the issues, organised the redelivery and the fish arrived still very cold (so perfect for either refreezing or eating that day - which is what we did!). Great quality fish in pieces approximately an inch by an inch (a bit bigger). There was some trimming needed on a few pieces but not a great deal and it tasted lovely. Great for poké, sushi, tartare etc (we did poké and crispy rice spicy tuna).”

“Dry good portion size. Cubed it again for poke as too big imo. Quality was 85% good, few bouncy bits which is always a shame.”

“Almost perfect. Cube sizes a bit big but easily cut to size. A couple were a bit fatty so would order sashimi next time and cut to size. Delivered on time and still frozen.”
