“I was really hoping to buy carp milt but cod milt was the only thing I could find. Cod milt is much softer, sweeter and more tender. The cod milt had a more rubbery consistency. So my disappointment is with the product (which is probably fine for what it is - I had never tasted it before) rather than with the supplier - they delivered the order swiftly & securely.”
