“Whilst more expensive than I am used to paying, this was an exceptionally good bit of salmon. I hot smoked two fillets for a lunch party of 8, expecting that plenty would be left over for us to enjoy later. It was very popular! The packaging was excellent. The fish remained frozen, and defrosted nicely in the fridge over night.”
