“I've never actually tried these yet. Im stocking up for the probable upcoming food shortages. I believe they are a powerhouse of nutrition, especially rich in natural vitamin D which is far preferable to taking synthetic supplements. But, I have watched reviews online and so far not come across any negative experiences.”
