“My Japanese husband was keen to try Unadon (Unagi Don) and was quite impressed. The only thing he thought was missing was Unagi Tare--the sauce that is usually drizzled over the eel and rice. But no matter, we will be back again for the eel! Now for the Maguro...”

“This will be a regular treat for our house. Ignore the cooking instructions on the packet - defrost then blast, skin side up, under a hot grill for a few minutes, for crispy skin with meltingly tender flesh. Wonderful!”
