“Great product! Already pre-cooked in packaging and just need to warm up or grill under the broiler. Really moreish, delicious and fatty, just like the ones in the japanese restaurants. Will buy again, perfect over rice or as nigiri sushi.”

“Exactly what you need if you want to make eel nigiri at home. Okay, it is not cheap, but it is good quality. I made six generous eel nigiris with half fillet and kept the other frozen for a second home made sushi experience. Remember that despite being marinated, probably you will need to cook it to maximize the taste. I used the oven. Do not forget the kobayaki sauce!!”
