“The listing very clearly stated that the crab or lobster would be raw. It was not raw. It was cooked. I know that with clearance deals you can expect some element of surprise but when the option was very clearly 'raw' (and it stated 'raw' on the invoice) I felt that it was not appropriate to simply receive a reply to my query about this, saying sorry for our mistake but we're sure you'll enjoy it anyway!”

“Was great to get a surprise bag but all was packed well and spent lots of time picking through the crab legs for the lovely sweet meat, will definitely order again”

“You certainly get a lot of crab for your money, a lot of shell cracking to do though. Although it's clearance it looks and tastes the same as any other crab, just doesn't look as pretty before you shell it.”

“Very good value, recommend to anyone! I’ve had snow crab 2 times from here now and perfecteach time. Bought the raw package yesterday and got 2 lobsters can’t say that’s not good value for under 15 pound !”
