“The meat from off the crab is so sweet and tender it makes a lovely king crab cocktail instead of having a prawn cocktail it is just so juicy specially the legs the shoulder is lovely just on some bread brown”

“Not the Fish Society’s fault, as I doubt they put the meat into the vacuum sealed bags, but there was two bits of ‘plasticky’ tendon in the meat. Easily removed though.”
