“Disappointing both in terms of texture, and flavour. The photo online needs to change to accurately reflect that the meat is finely shredded, not the chunks in the photo.”

“Excellent taste and despite being frozen this does not detract form the flavour - indeed I would challenge anyone to detect the difference - I say this as a west country woman well versed in enjoying the products from the local fisherman - sadly no longer available to me as I live in central London.”
