“Although nothing is as good and as satisying as picking great chunks of white crab meat out of huge crab claws (really huge ones), this is a lazy person's short cut to be able to enjoy this delicious delicacy. Thank you to The Fish Society for making this available. With a just a little squeeze of fresh lemon juice or some French or homemade mayonnaise, white crab claw meat is among the most delicious things to eat that exist in our world.”
