“The best I have ever tasted, could just eat them out of the tin! Try mashed up on toasted Tiger Bread, rubbed with garlic and covered with chopped tomatoes in a little olive oil. Hot grill for a couple of mins, then top with finely chopped shallots that have been soaked in a little pickled onion vinegar for 30 mins, and a squeeze of lemon. Great !”
