“I cooked one of the salmon fillets in the pan on the stove. Salt and ground pepper and a little butter. Skin down and kept turning until it was done in the middle. It was thicker than my usual fillets so took a little longer to cook but it was wonderful. Tender and larger flakes these Salmon Fillet Steaks were great tasting fresh and full of flavour.”
