“There was nothing wrong with my order, only that the delivery arrived within it's allotted time (between 5pm and 6pm) but unfortunately much of it was still frozen and I really didn't want to risk fast defrosting the lobster or crab. although this was disappointing as we were not able to eat this on the 14th, I don't know what other option there is? I just wanted to bring this to your attention.”

Hello Mark Given that our fish is frozen we would always recommend that our customers do not request delivery on the day they intend to use it. This is for two reasons: 1. Our couriers may run into unforeseen issues with the delivery - breakdown, accident, traffic etc 2. When the fish is delivered on the day but later than expected it then reduces the time for defrosting To avoid a stressful situation we would recommend the fish is ordered in plenty of time since it will keep perfectly well in your freezer for 3 months.
