“I agree with another reviewer who warned against overcooking these steaks: my first attempt was a bit of a disaster and the steak was a tad rubbery and not very pleasant. However, after this I kept the frying pan at the same temperature and stuck to strictly 2 minutes each side and the steaks were cooked to perfection! Delicious! I think I'll be ordering these again for a regular special treat.”
