“Been waiting to try this after seeing it as a Tapas before Covid. Dense and richly salted, served thinly sliced with a splash of good olive oil and some roasted almonds along with a glass of Fino or Manzanilla. Expensive it may be, but a little goes a long way and it's a brilliant foodstuff.”
