“It may have been my fault but, following the cooking instructions, the result was much less crispy than expected. It might be worth the effort to emphasise the need for thorough drying before dredging and frying.”

“The farmed crabs from Vietnam were OK. However, I was spoiled by the fact that I have lived in areas of the US where fresh native soft shell crabs from the Chesapeake Bay and Gulf of Mexico were readily available and there is no comparison.”
