“Arrived 5 days late so was unfit for consumption”

As you know we had major difficulties with our couriers over Christmas and New Year which resulted in some customers either not receiving their orders or they were delivered several days late. This was all beyond our control and as you can imagine, presented many challenges. We once again apologise for the inconvenience and disappointed caused and other than give you a full refund, there was really nothing more we could do.
