“Very meaty and tasty. Never cooked lobster before so butterflied the tail and grilled with a homemade Thermidor sauce (using brandy instead of wine. Delicious.”

“one of the two tails I got was poor the shell only contained say 70% and the meat just fell apart, the other tail meat was what you would expect as in it was firmer.”
