“We did a family ‘Come Dine With Me’ and I wanted to cook lobster tails, which I’ve never done before! I used the Fish Society for the first time, and ordered scallops and Wild Caribbean Rock Lobster tails. The delivery arrived on time and was really well packaged, with the lobster tails and scallops still frozen when I opened the box. Saddle backed the lobster tails and grilled them for 8 minutes with lemon and garlic butter, served with Mac n Cheese and French green beans. Absolutely beautiful! Quality produce and a good size too. One lobster tail per person was more than enough. Superb tasting fresh meaty fish. I will definitely be using the Fish Society again, and I think the Come Dine With Me trophy is coming home!”
