As tough as old boots - an altogether different beast than the ready cooked lobster i bought before from you. If I didn’t trust you I would say this was one of those awful Canadian lobsters. Will not buy again!

We really enjoyed the lobster but we just had it as it was. It couldn’t have been made into a hot dish as it would have been over cooked then. But will order again

Hi Southan, we're sorry this turned up later than usual. 19:44 is certainly outside of DPDs typical time frame. We endeavor to get orders to customers hard frozen but regrettably we can't guarantee it 100% of the time with unforeseen factors such as the above. As long as items arrive cold there are perfectly safe to consume or refreeze, we can provide further details for reassurance should you wish, please let us know.
