Hi Southan, we're sorry this turned up later than usual. 19:44 is certainly outside of DPDs typical time frame. We endeavor to get orders to customers hard frozen but regrettably we can't guarantee it 100% of the time with unforeseen factors such as the above. As long as items arrive cold there are perfectly safe to consume or refreeze, we can provide further details for reassurance should you wish, please let us know. “I was rather disappointed with the lobster. I found it rather chewy and not as tasty as some I have had. On the plus side it was very well packed and was delivered by eight thirty in the morning.”
