“I wanted the same as I’ve ordered in the past. I made a phone call to ensure I got the same as last time which was beautiful. But not only did I get half the portions and has to reorder more, when it came to Xmas day the lobster was dry. No taste. Was quite useless and very disappointed.”

“Lobster meat was not delivered because short supply. It’s now on its way over a week later but there is a reduction of 15% although I ordered and paid for , I was not offered the 15% refund. Not had a chance to taste the goods”
