“I found it tasteless and can't tell you how disappointed we were. You also enclosed two invoices in the packaging which my husband found and hit the roof because the bill came to over a £100 with delivery charges. It looked like I had ordered 4 lots of lobster instead of two. Having a row on Christmas Eve was the last thing I needed and had to prove to my partner via my emails to you that only TWO lots of lobster tails were ordered. Why you couldn't have included one delivery note and one invoice marked "paid" I just think most inefficient. The lobster surprise totally backfired. Almost ruined Xmas.”

“I was really disappointed that everything had been frozen. My Lemon sole was frozen over a year ago making it not the experience of fresh fish that I wanted. I am sure you would have put this in the copy but I clearly didn't read it. It was fine, but not the experience I wanted.”

“I was disappointed, it was very watery, lacked any flavour and seemed like it had been in a freezer for far too long. the amount in each bag was very small was the weight made up by the large bag and ice? I won't order again”
